Tutorial Bug Report (Maybe connected to server maintenance?)

"I can't post on bug report so I decided to put this here. The tutorial doesn't progress after doing "Welcome to League" part. It's stuck there and I can't go on to the next part of the tutorial. I've done the "Welcome to League" part like 3-4 times and it's still stuck, I don't know what to do.
