I noticed what may possibly be some bugs with Tahm Kench in a match today.
When I devoured Garen he was still able to hit me with his Judgement skill. Also, in one instance after I devoured him, I was unable to do damage to him (this happened with a minion as well). Other champions/minions could inflict damage, but I was unable to for a time.
That's all so far. I'll try to get some screenshots and see if there's more.
For the Garen damaging you with Judgment, I'm fairly certain that's not a bug. When you Devour a champion (allied or enemy), it will not interrupt or stop any persistent AoE's. This includes things like Sunfie Cape's damage or items that have auras as well as champion abilities (like Garen's Judgment, Shyvana's Burnout, or even Kennen's ultimate). So if you Devour a champion while they have an AoE ability active, that ability is intended to stay active and deal damage to any nearby targets, which includes you if you Devoured an enemy champion.
However, the other part where you could not inflict damage is indeed a bug. I've seen many similar posts about it.
the spin cant be stopped by cc. its the same with wukong.
