lol.launcher.exe Bad image

I get this everytime I try to open League. No matter what I do I can't get it to open. Whenever I try to, it also makes my entire computer stop responding, even the desktop. Here's the message I get: lol.launcher.exe - Bad Image C:\WINDOWS\WinSxS\x86_microsft.vc80.crt_1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b_8.0.50727.9193_none_d09188224426efcd\MSVCR80.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000006.

If I could get help on this I'd be extremely thankful. :) I've tried reinstalling it so far.
