Champion Select Screen Black [CLIENT CRASH]

I tired to play a normal unranked 5 v 5 game today on the new summoners rift, and once a game was accepted the launcher went black except for the border. I waited for 5 minutes to see if it would fix itself but it did not. This then caused the new leaverbuster to block me for 5 minutes (a little annoying). This has happened before, a couple months ago, but it hadn't since then.
