[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Q bugged , cant be casted

Played gragas, first 10 minutes Q was still working , midgame, Q started to show that it had 0 mana and 0 cd and cant be casted. Tried reconnecting and restarting client but the issue was still there and had to complete the game without casting Q for the last 35 minutes.
