You cannot leave a team or remove your ticket once your tickets once your team has fully locked in?

Alright so nobody on our clash team is locked in. I've tried leaving the team multiple times- searching for another "x" button but the one on the bottom middle of the screen is gray, I cant click it. It shows me the text above. I don't understand?
