ARAM Champ Select bug pls help

Most of the times when I try to play ARAM with my friends the client will bug out and freeze on me. It won't let me join the champ select to change summoners or something like that and most of the time the client will just crash right there forcing me to dodge the game and get a lot of low priority queue. Im not sure if this problem happens to other people but it has ruined the ARAM experience for me. Can anybody tell me if they had this problem and how to fix it. Thank You C=
