[GAMEPLAY] Unkillable Rek'Sai Tunnel

After Rek'sai using said tunnel while it was being destroyed, it became unkillable but she could still use it. She burrowed through it and ultied to it multiple times after we tried destroying it, and it was one of the huge factors as to why we lost the game as there was no way to avoid it if we were on that side of the map. I haven't tried reproducing it but I hope it's just a one time thing as this could ruin so many games. Below are some screenshots of it.
