New client game crashes in loading screen

Whenever I'm on the new client, it would crash suddenly when I'm in the loading screen. Like everybody is loaded but I'm stuck at 70 percent for 8 minutes then I realize I can't alt tab, alt f4, or anything. The client just crashes. When I finally restart and use legacy client, it works perfectly... can anyone explain this?

Rid yourself of the pests which harass your gameplay by using the Bug & Crash Exterminator. Kha’Zix and Elise won’t know what hit ‘em.
