[CLIENT] Client stops installing at 66%, 230 MB, (0 KPps)

I read to just let it wait but it has been at least an hour by now. This is the second time as I am trying to stall LoL on my new HP laptop, stopping at 64% last time. I don't know what to do, please, please, help!
