Really weird win screen on certain champs

So some college friends and i were playing league (go figure) in our on campus game room, I was on my personal computer, one of my friends was on a school computer, and others were outta state playing with us... so we are all on windows 7 (except that one WIndows 8 person). And we were about to win and all of a sudden the screen started flashing on my computer... and all the other league players in the room. There were red and black shapes covering most of the screen. and as the nexus was destroyed, we made out letters from the shapes. we mad out " I C T" and then the game crashed for all of us... i contacted one of the guys on the other team and he said that it happened to him too... It wasnt like a horrible bug but it was freaky then really cool cause it was flashing across the entire 36" monitor XD...

Stats: Summoners, premade 5v5 blind Windows 7 OS 64 bit, 16 GB Ram, 1 Terabyte free space, and 3.4 GHz CPU with 2 Nividia GeForce GTX 980 TI graphics card. 27 minute game seperate computers on seperate networks had this happen simultaneously... (AL and OH at least) Current Patch. NA Server about 10 pm EST on 10/12/15 Also in multiple test runs in normal and custom games, If diana uses her "E" at max rank on (singular) jung camp it sometimes follows you way after the stupid bar thing runs out... (once to base turrets...)
