[GAMEPLAY] Kindred's First Mark Doesn't Consistently Appear on Scuttlecrab Anymore

Presumably because of an oversight when the Scuttlegrab's spawn time was changed, Kindred's first Wolf mark (which is supposed to always apply to the scuttlecrab) doesn't appear until a whole 20 seconds after the crabs spawn. Should both crabs die during that large window, the mark will default onto an enemy jungle camp instead, forcing Kindred to invade as early as level 2 lest they be locked out of Wolf marks for the entire early game.

Yes, I know that this technically isn't a bug (just an oversight), but the forums don't seem to have a better place for things like this ¯_(ツ)_/¯
