Darius is so buggy right now

1 ive been playing darius for 4 years, and ive noticed after a few updates ago, that his abilitys are real buggy. (example) his e, a teemo was running away and my e was on him just before the end of it and it missed... his q, i hit the edge of his q on so many people and it doesnt count as a hit... and his ult sometimes doesnt respond when clicked
