Missing particles with Headhunter Nidalee and Sorceress Lux

During a few games, HeadHunter Nidalee's Q was missing its spear however it retained its red glow particle making it really hard to dodge. At another game,enemy Sorceress Lux's E was completely invisible until it arrived at its destination, after which the red marker for its AOE damage appeared but the actual particle was still invisible.
