[Gameplay] Xerath Q Redirection Bug

Whenever I try to quickly redirect his Q, instead of firing in the new direction, it just ignores the redirection and fires to the prior location. It will happen every single time this is done.

To reproduce the bug:

1 - Aim Q (Charge time doesn't matter)

2 - Quickly redirect the Q and cast

This is extremely annoying in team fights when you might want to target another enemy champ and instead miss horribly every time! It also seems to make my ability to land a Q harder as It becomes more predictable for the enemy.
