aram black screen. not cool riot!

i get the aram black screen witch needs to be fixed its kinda annoying. and the only thing i can do is leave the game but whats really bad is that i had to wait 14min like out of nowhere i haven't dodged any game for a long time. so plz fix this and thank you.
