Screen size and cursor displacement

Hey Riot,

My screen after this newest patch seems to be a bit zoomed in on the top left corner, this happen after champion select has taken place and the loading process begins. The screen continues staying zoomed in on the top left corner even through the game. The game was working fine up until this patch. I did get the screen back to normal (from information found on other threads) when I went to task manager and maximized the screen, but the cursor on screen was displaced. (Red circle is where my mouse was) This bug caused me to not be able to play a game, and was force to quit. So I would like to get it resolved as soon as possible.
