Quinn Bug 5.20

We got a Quinn bug (EUW). While I ulted and was in Valor Form. Tahm kench as our Support ate me, spit me out and i died. I was then Permanent in valor Form, CD was 138 sec and never ran out. It froze at 138 sec. I couldnt recast, It was also describing "Spell not found". getting killed, eating and spitting out doesnt fix that too. It happened like this:

Ult from Quinn -> E to the Enemy -> Tahm kench ate me -> Spit me out -> got Killed by Jinx Ult while spitting out.

Edit: All skills worked for Valor Form, but Harrier also Procced. Movementspeed Bonus wasnt there.

The same thing happend to me. Tahm kench was also my support and I stayed as Valor. The cooldown wasn't counting down and I was stuck as Valor.
