Two annoying bugs since updating to new client

Since updating to the new client, I noticed two bugs that get rather annoying. Some important information: I play ARAM almost exclusively, and I have a two-monitor set up. After playing a couple of games, my hotkeys stop working. I cannot use any abilities, items, or spells. A fix that helped in the past was to turn on quick cast and then turn it off again. That doesn't work anymore. The only fix is to quit the game and relaunch the client. Sometimes it takes two or more times before it starts working again.

Before updating to the new client, if I played the game in fullscreen, I could not move my mouse to the other monitor. Now, my cursor freely goes between monitors, and mid-game or during team fights, I'm able to click in my second monitor causing the game to minimize--usually resulting in my death. After this happens and I get back into the game, I am no longer able to move my mouse to the other monitor. So, to prevent this bug from ruining my team fights, I've trained myself to click the second monitor right at the start.

It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens at least a half dozen times a night. Any one else having similar issues?
