[CLIENT] Abilities description dont appear

When you open a "champion profile", where are the skins, the abilities, stats, and attributes, and you put your mouse over the abiity icons, nothing happens. It used to show the abilities descriptions, and now it doesnt show anything. I tried this with every champion profile, and have the same result. That make me so sad :C
