I have 4 Chest box and 2 key fragment and i can't get any key fragment just be in case i got many S.
I got many S in my games but they didn't give me any key fragment anymore WHY ?

The key fragments drop randomly. You can get a D and a key fragment :)
The key fragment droprate gets lower and lower as you get more fragments. So if you've already completed some keys this month, it gets really difficult to get more. I had like two weeks between keys at the end of last month. Fairly certain they said the droprate resets at the beginning of each month.
