League wont download after 5.5 patch

I installed the 5.5 patch earlier today and like every patch i expected it to be rocky. So i queue up get into a lobby load the game and right before load screen it tells me "the procedure entry point gcInternal could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Riot Game\League of Legends\RADS\solutions\lol_game_client_sln\realeses\0.0.1.80\deploy\cgD3D9.dll" So i follow the file path it gives me and the .dll is there so i take advice from a friend and repair files. decide to queue back up (by the time my files were done the game finished) and i go coop v ai this time. I the get another crash saying yet ANOTHER .dll file is missing. I refollow the same path that it told me earlier and guess what was there. The missing .dll I then take his advice again instead of downloading a bootleg .dll file i uninstall and reinstall league. But now when i try to finish up the download it freezes my download at 271mb remaining. Riot any problems like this with the new patch?
