Weird Camera Bug

For some reason every time I play Anivia mid-lane, there's a problem where my camera won't lock. I thought the problem would be solved just by double tapping the space bar, but that locks the camera. Even if I press y or click on the camera icon by my the mini map, no dice. The only way it stops is after my first death. Please fix.
