ARAM BUG- Leaver in Champ Select, game not stopping

I have several times witnessed this bug: [ARAM, EU WEST]

Someone leaves during Champ Select Screen, the message "PlayerXY left the lobby" is displayed

The lobby does not close as intended. The game starts.

Game is 4o5 then, he cant reconnect, game ruined for 9 other people.

Plz fix!
