Nid spear toss is bugged

I added the match history to show when the bugging was happening, not sure if it will be of help though. was on my team and half way through the game the other team brought it to our attention that part of the time whenever would chuck a spear, her Q, it would go through the target and do no damage. It did not do it all the time they other team said and it was the first game I heard about it happening. After they brought it to our attention I saw it happen once or twice on my screen, it seems to happen randomly, hitting sometimes and going through other times. one of the enemy players said it happened about 20% of the time, not sure how often that would be cause I was not and did not keep track at how often she was using her Q, but hope this gave some insight and help on catching the bug.
