Shop and Chat issue

Hey guys, I am having some issues to where when I click the shop open and it's just a black screen. I have waited for 20 minutes or so and nothing happened. Another bug that I am having is when I hope my league client and log in, I have to "log in manually" by pressing a reconnect button to chat. Both of these bugs have been going on for a few weeks now and I haven't found anything that helped too much. I just had to back out of a ranked queue because I wasnt able to communicate with the others about who to pick and what not. It never logged me into the chat services. I hate doing that, but I really didn't have a choice. It never did reconnect either.
