[GAMEPLAY] Zed W Q Combo Buggy

I encountered a bug while playing Zed. Occasionally, probably 45-50% of the time my W into Q combo would bug out. Typically if you W then Q your shurikens will it your target at different times or one my not even reach. The issue I was having was that my shurikens would hit at the same time so my shuriken from my show was delayed which lead me to miss a few kills because it was late and I'd miss. I couldn't tell when exactly this bug would occur. It seemed to be somewhat random but when I went back to base it seems to happen often right after leaving the fountain. But again it would do it randomly as well.
