Rito plz

ok so, me and my friends started a NORMAL game together to have fun. This game went really bad really fast as we fed their bot lane ( & ) obviously, we lost. But what is upcoming next is what doesnt work out. I got downgraded from bronze 1 to bronze 2 because of that loss. My friend who started the game swears she didnt start a ranked game, that she clearly remembers to have started a normal game. When i go in my match history, it says it is a ranked game. plz explain i don't understand... and if possible, i'd like my bronze 1 back...
