Updating issues since Patch 4.19

PLS RITO fix this... My launcher will download a small update, and freeze at 32%... Once my download reaches .77MB it just stops, and download speed hits 0KBps, doesnt budge. I've been waiting for HOURS and nothing happens... Earlier today I downloaded some update of 99MB I believe, which did so fine until it hit the .77MB marker, and since then i've been trying everything I can to fix it.

Try going into task manager and closing some CPU intensive processes. That should help.
