Client Promo Bug

I was at 1 win 1 loss in my SII promos about 2 days ago, i won the last game today while playing thresh, however, after finishing the game it did not promote me. Instead it said i was back at 1 win and that's it. The first win and loss I had are gone, my total wins still went up but its as if I just won my first promo even though I should have completed it.
