Recent Windows 10 update causing League to freeze up & force restart

So, yesterday my computer updated (Yesterday being September 13th) and ever since I updated I've been essentially unable to play.

I'll manage to play in a match for a while, and then my entire computer will freeze up. Keyboard, sound, mouse, everything. I have to force a restart, it won't unfreeze on it's own. It's even done this on the loading screen.

I've tested this with other games, and it only does this with League. It's really frustrating, especially since I just bought new skins. Any advice on how to fix this?
