Got message in game showing how AFTER dragon death noises/sounds

I am not sure if it mentioned anywhere in files or whatever, but I received an in game announcement: game_announcement_OnKillAirDragon_Unknown_Chat

It the sound or the file to show that the Dragon got taken by someone and I got it just when my WiFi went off and I had to change to the Small WiFi during the game, but I couldn't load so I quit the game and reconnect and the message in my chat came by accident.

Can't tell if this "Report A Bug" or "Gameplay" .
I am not hacker I was 0/5 in that game against yasuo... who just wanted to ruin my life. Did not use 3rd party software or whatever .
