Possible bug with new preseason patch

This was my first game on the new preseason patch so I cant tell if this was a bug with graves specifically, or the game as a whole. The bug happened multiple times during the match, usually in small groups as seen in the screenshot. There did not seem to be a pattern to when I would receive the messages, but movement seemed to at least somewhat play a part.
