Can't See Ziggs Q and E

In this video, I noticed that I couldn't see Ziggs' Q, Bouncing Bomb, and his E, Hexplosive Minefield. Even after I killed myself on purpose, the bombs were still not visible.

Also, please disregard my friends. They were playing Overwatch and I was the 7th so I was just waiting while playing a bot game. You can play the video with no sound! :D
