-18 LP for the first dodge of the day

I have just recently dodged the game with losing team comp and got -18 LP for the first dodge and 5 min dodge timer, what the hell??? If there is a way to fix it pls help, thanks!

The penalty for first dodge is 3LP and 6 minutes, I find it difficult to believe it was actually 18 unless you produce some evidence.
