Annie can still cast under malza's ulti.
So I was recently playing as 
on top lane agaisnt 
. I overextended and was getting trapped between him and 
. So I cowardly sought refuge on the toplane bush closests to my tower ( I was playing on the upper right side of the map, and the bush isn't the tribush or the one between tower and golems). So to at least try and take with me to the grave I used my ulti on her and stun her as to stop her on her tracks. Somehow she still used her W (Incinerate) on me even under my ultimate.
so in short:
- I as , hiding in bush from
- no vision of me but knew i was somewhere in there
- I use ulti on
- , under the "stun" of my ulti uses her W.
