GAMEPLAY (RUNES BUG)

Hey riot team,

I've been noticing that in a lot of my games, I will ult as Orianna but I won't get an ultimate stack (2% per ult). This has happened on multiple occasions- way more than enough to see it's some kind of bug. I don't know if it's specifically for Orianna ult or if other champions have problems with it. I encountered it yet again today in my ARAM (it doesn't do it on Summoner's Rift either so it's not the map). If you need video, I can maybe download the game and somehow show you? Or it should be in my match history, my hat got to 9% but I ulted more than 5 times in the whole ARAM.
