[GAMEPLAY] Kalista W Passive not working after binding to the incorrect champion and then rebinding

Hi,

After losing the lane and eventually the game due to the W passive not rendering its 12%-20% passive throughout the entire game I have decided to report this bug, although I am sure it has been reported before.

At the start of the game, I accidentally chose Irelia as my soul mate instead of my Morgana support. (Tell me about clicking the portraits now... I've learned my lesson). However, even though I rebound within the time limit, the W passive never proc'ed, even though I was still able to use Fate's Call. It would be great if this could be resolved to ease any future accidents.
