[GAMEPLAY]Thresh still picks up dragon's soul from very far away.

Hey summoners,

I am here to report that during my games with Thresh today, I still picked up souls from really far away. But only when I was near dragon (so this bug mostly applied to river crab and dragon souls). In the patch notes it states that it is fixed, but it kinda isn't. Might wanna look into it some more, Riot.

I could mostly recreate it by walking around a bit, like back and forth at dragon's wall on blue side or by chasing river crab when dragon had just been slain. It happened almost every time we killed the Dragon and I didn't go in to get the soul so I will try to recreate it in a future game.
