Katarina Q and Ult Don't work (PBE)

Upon playing the game I notice that suddenly I couldn't use Katarina's q or ult. I don't know how to reproduce the bug but it wasn't a problem in a later life.

Same thing happened to me!! couldnt use B for recall either. Restarted Pc and everything. Only thing that reset it all was if i died. Made us almost lose and it also happened once or twice later in the game. Plz look into this riot!
