Didn't get the chest i was suppose to....

So I was playing Udyr all frickin day to get an s on him since I haven't gotten one on him yet this season and I had a chest available to be earned. However after the 3rd game of playing udyr I finally get an S- on him (and a win) and it didn't award me a chest. However when I go to look under my champion list it now says I've earned a chest for him this season....................................... I know I'm not mistaken and I had 4 chests in my hextech crafting space and when I checked it again there's still only 4 chests. Oh and I havn't gotten a lousy key frag in FOREVER but that's not what this is about. Did they change it so that you need to Earn an S or S+? That can't be it because otherwise it wouldn't say I've already earned an S on the champion in my champion list. Pretty salty about this. Rito, where's my goddamn chest?
