Syndra's Q+E combo causes lag spikes.

Just played a duo queue ARAM match a few minutes ago. During mid/late game I noticed that my ping would spike up to the high 200 range whenever I would use Syndra's Q+E combo. From what I observed, the combo didn't require hitting a champion to actually work. Sometimes, using just Syndra's E would also cause momentary lag spikes. My internet is not to blame to anyone who immediately thinks that. No one else was using the internet but me and my duo queue partner. Lag spikes would immediately follow right after the combos listed earlier on a consistent basis. I don't have any evidence for this, and for that, I apologize. This is my first time posting on the Bug board.
