GAME FIX?!

Tried to load a ranked game and it had a cache overload. Restarted my computer and came back to a loss. Tried ranked again and it black screened me and wouldn't allow me to exit the game without a hard computer restart. FIX YOUR GAME! give people lp back. There is no reason for this.
