Leaver Buster and didn't leave

So like this is a re occuring problem. Like it goes away then comes back. After champ select into the loading screen, after i get 100%, the game just doesn't load in. Then league tells me to reconnect even tho my wifi is legit working fine. After i reconnect, the game loads perfectly fine and my ping is normal (i play on 30 ping). After the game ends, the game is counted as a leaver and most of the time i get a leaverbuster. Yesterday i didn't have this problem at all, and when i got this problem before i deleted the game and re-installed, reset my router, it just kept coming back. If anyone can hlep that would be greatly appreciated. Otherwise not gonna play ranked till i build my new pc in December.
