Meditation not working

Meditation of the utility tree in mastery page not working as intended. In fact it doesnt add mana regen at all.

Just start a custom game with a mana champ and buy a sapphire crystal (to make the 1.5% missing mana bigger) Start spamming a spell and look at your mana regen. (i tried this with syndra and skarner) The mana regen numbers always stay the same nevertheless u have a full or empty manapool. (this counts for both your mana bar and champion stats)

I noticed that too. Will Riot do something about that ?

I noticed the exact same thing over a lot of games. The mastery simply doesn't add any mana regeneration. At first i though it sometimes works but turns out on twisted treeline you have some kind of mana regeneration effect like that.

It's not supposed to add to your mana regeneration numbers. It simply gives you mana every 5 seconds.
