Champion select bug.

So this just happened to me. I was in the last pick in pick order for a ranked game. My oppenent didnt pick until the very last second where it shows 0 in the countdown. Than he locked immediately. When he did it I wasnt able to pick any champs even though I had something that I was showing anyways. It gave me 5 mins cooldown for ''preventing'' the game.

After this I tried to do the same thing with my friend on a special game. I did locked at the very last second and my friend said he couldnt pick either after I locked in the last second.

It feels like game is about to cancel when you do it and the client bugs for the person that should be picking next.
