[Client/Crash] After the most recent update, the game itself will not launch

The client will launch, but after I have logged in, and it begins to load the game client rather than the launcher, it just crashes. I have sent a few bug reports, tried un/reinstalling, changed the hard drive it is stored on, validated the game files, repaired DirectX, updated my graphics drivers(GTX1070) nothing is working. I am running windows 8.1, but it has worked for years in the past, only just NOW starting to have issues. What do I do?

My problem seems like yours. Can't start the launcher and it loads only the game client. and tried everything but reinstall OS. W7 x64 pro gtx10502gb i3770 8gb ram and 120Mb of fiber. Its not our end's problem i think riot fucked up something and they are unable to solve this issue. I'm editing this to write that this happens with PBE aswell.
