Attemping to reconnect

right so every game i go into these days it seems , i get about 5-10 mins in and all of a sudden, say im playing bot lane for example im lvl 6 ready for either and engage or a battle with my opposite laner , then out of nowhere my haraccter starts moving towards my cursor then BOOM i cant control him/her the "attempting to reconnect" pops up and when i do reconnect 1 minute later im in the fountain with an extra death next to my name. THIS IS BULLSHIT!! every game this shit is happneing and im just about getting sick and tired with this now. Virgin media and the lol servers are a joke i want this sorting NOW !
