[GAMEPLAY] Mark of the Kindred bug

When Kindred kills a marked enemy camp she will not gain a Mark if the marked monsters are pulled far enough away from their camp. I've had this happen on both scuttle crabs and Raptor, but it seems much easier to reproduce on raptor so that's what i'll describe.

While reproducing the bug i've had a 100% success rate on raptor, however i did not manage to reproduce it on the scuttler, yet i have seen it happen.

Steps of reproduction:

1. Create custom game/normal game with enemy champions
2. Pick Kindred
3. Play until enemy raptor is marked
4. Kill the mini raptors
5. hit raptor until you can kill it with a single smite
6. Pull raptor left around Red buffs pit until it's almost at the bush
7. When raptor is about to deaggro(Red lines above it's head), smite it for a kill
8. Watch as no mark is gained from the kill

Result is no mark of kindred stack. Expected result is ofcourse a gain of 1 mark.
