[GAMEPLAY] Sion ult should ignore CC (but it doesn't)

While charging, Sion should be immune to all CC according to the tool tip:

Messing around in an ARAM today, we found that when a Sion and a Hecarim ult at each other, Hec fears Sion. When Sion and Malph ult at each other, Sion runs through no problem. When Vi ults an ulting Sion, Sion is knocked up.

Seems like the inconsistent behavior (Malph knockup no, Vi knockup yes -- any CC, at odds with the tooltip) is probably a bug.

I can explain the Vi and Malphite disparity. When Malphite ults through Sion's ult, he is untargetable, and therefore his champ hitbox does not come into contact with Sion's ult, meaning that Sion can just run through him if Malphite doesn't aim his ult right where Sion is going. Vi, on the other hand, is targetable in her ult but is immune to CC as well, so her champ hitbox DOES come in contact with Sion. Vi's ult won't actually cause Sion to be picked up and piledriven into the ground, however, it just stops his ult.

No idea what's going on with the Hecarim/Sion interaction though. That very well might be a bug.
